Welcome to FinXCove ("we," "our," or "us"). We built the FinXCove application as an ad-supported and subscription-backed smart financial planning suite. This Privacy Policy informs users of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when using our mobile applications, web showcase tools, and services.

By accessing or using FinXCove, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue the use of our services.

To provide high-precision calculators, AI advisor verdicts, and tailored financial blueprints, we may process specific categories of data:

• Account & Authentication: When you register or sign in using Firebase Authentication (Email/Password, Google Sign-In, or Apple ID), we collect your name, email address, and unique user identifier (UID) to maintain your personalized account and active subscription status.
• Financial & Quantitative Data: All parameters you enter into calculators (e.g. SIP amounts, home loan principal, interest rates, retirement corpus, SWP withdrawals, or tax regime choices) are processed locally on your device for calculation purposes. We do not store or collect banking passwords, bank account numbers, or debit/credit card credentials.
• Diagnostic & Stability Telemetry: We collect anonymous crash logs, app performance telemetry, and device model information via Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose software stability and optimize performance across device viewports.

We process information strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• Core Financial Computation: Generating real-time calculation schedules, amortizations, cashflow ledgers, and terminal wealth projections.
• Personalized AI Copilot Verdicts: Providing tailored insights based on your age, goal horizon, and entered parameters using Google Generative AI (Gemini).
• Subscription Entitlement: Verifying and unlocking FinXCove Pro benefits, ad-free modes, and institutional PDF Blueprint exports via Apple StoreKit and Google Play Billing.
• System Stability & Support: Responding to user feedback, fixing reported defects, and issuing critical over-the-air app updates.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security controls to safeguard your data:

• Transport Layer Security: All data transmitted between your device and our cloud infrastructure is encrypted using modern TLS / HTTPS.
• Local Sandbox Isolation: Calculation history, walkthrough checkpoints, and user preferences are stored within your device's sandboxed local storage (SharedPreferences / Keychain).
• App Uninstallation: If you uninstall the FinXCove application, all locally saved caches and calculation states are automatically cleared by the operating system.

We partner with trusted enterprise infrastructure providers to deliver our services. These partners process anonymized data on our behalf in strict compliance with their respective privacy standards:

• Google Firebase (Auth, Analytics & Crashlytics): User authentication, anonymized usage telemetry, and crash diagnostics.
• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Displays contextually relevant advertisements in the free tier (Pro subscribers enjoy complete ad suppression).
• Apple App Store & Google Play: Secure processing of digital in-app subscriptions and purchase receipts.

FinXCove is designed for general audience financial literacy, family budgeting, and professional wealth planning. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately so we can remove such records.

Under applicable data protection frameworks, you maintain complete sovereignty over your information:

• Access & Correction: You can review and update your name, email, and profile preferences at any time in the Profile screen.
• Instant Account Deletion: You may permanently delete your account and associated cloud records directly from the app via Profile → Delete Account.
• Manual Data Removal Request: You may also email our data compliance team at finxcove@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" to have all server-side associations expunged within 30 days.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new features, regulatory updates, or architectural enhancements. We will notify users of meaningful revisions by publishing the updated document on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
